This one-day intensive course is designed to introduce learners to Copilot for Microsoft 365 (M365), an AI-powered assistant that enhances productivity across Microsoft applications. Participants will explore the capabilities of Copilot for M365, learning to generate content, and gain insights to improve efficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Web (GPT4).
Students will be provided with a Copilot for M365 license for the duration of this course. We use hands-on, real-world examples to help you understand what is possible with this new and highly productive way to work.
By the end of the course, participants should feel confident in their understanding of Copilot for M365. The knowledge acquired during the course will be practical and learners will be able to apply what they have learned straight away.
There are no previous AI knowledge requirements need for this course but basic knowledge of M365 apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams will be advantageous to the learner.

All of our AI courses are currently offered remotely, face-to-face, or in hybrid formats to accommodate demand for these highly sought-after sessions.
Will there be practical exercises during the course?
Yes, the courses feature hands-on learning, with practical exercises and examples. Participants will apply their skills using tools such as Open AI’s ChatGPT or Microsoft’s 365 Copilot in a lab setting, depending on the course.
What is remote training?
Remote training means our team of experienced trainers will deliver your training virtually. Students can access our usual classroom training courses via video conferencing, ask questions, participate in discussions and share their screen with the trainer if they need help at any point in the course. Students have the same level of participation and access to the trainer as they would in classroom training sessions.
